![]() Team Raven has lost one of three of their battalions, and Eagle only has five remaining for their first one. The teams both start with three battalions, each with a certain number of units, which can be reduced by eliminating enemies and controlling flags. Both teams are on their first battalion and no infantry has been eliminated. In this example, the battle's just begun. only incomplete. In Battle, it's a race to eliminate the opposing team's forces by depleting pools of troops known as battalions, which can be seen on the bar on the top of the screen. i mean a car without an engine won't be automatically a bike, it still will be an Car. ![]() It's an Multiplayer Game with Bots, only missing the possibility to play with other people. ![]() I mean sure, in the sense of you playing alone and can't play with others -> that's true, but except there is nothing which quality the Game as an "true" singleplayer Game. However to call it an Singleplayer Game is wrong either. Put the jokes aside I think you are digging to deep into the definition of a single player game XD Oh I get it, games like cities skylines are the only true single player games. so basically true singleplayer is like limited to beamng? oh wait theres AI cars in that. be happy that there are cool modders out there who add content or fix things. most games which didn't have an multiplayer etc in mind would need to be developed from the scratch, so yeah. That being said, like i pointed out already this "why make a mod" is also kinda a clunky argument either, because you can't simply "implement" an multiplayer if a Game is progressed that far. There is no criteria for singleplayer gaming other than it supports one player. similiar like how ea implemented the lootboxes into Battlefront 2(where it is already arguable to begin with, if not even Lootboxes are dumb to begin with). Don't get me wrong, in general i love this Game, and i understand many other examples of (true) Singleplayer-Games where an (forced) Multiplayer was unnecassary and bad, but for me personal at my viewpoint, it was one of the dumbest decision i've ever seen done by an developer. only incomplete.Īnd that's how i feel towards Ravenfield. Don't get me wrong, i don't want to start an Argument here, and also i understand / know, that it is now too late anyway. On the Steam Store page, it also states that it is supposed to be an easy to pick up "singleplayer game".
